Premium Material Selection & Strict Incoming Inspection
Firstly, in material selection, high-purity N-type silicon wafers (≥150μm) is adopted to reduce impurities and native microcracks. Incoming materials undergo 100% electroluminescence (EL) and visual inspections to prevent non-conforming items from entering the production line. For encapsulation materials, we utilize POE film and high-temperature-resistant, low-warpage chamfered C2 glass to avoid edge-compression-induced microcracks. As for backsheets, double-glass or high-weather-resistance backsheets are employed to mitigate cell stretching caused by temperature-induced deformation.
Intelligent Automated Production for High Precision Manufacturing
In production, we deploy a fully automated, highly intelligent production line to realize standardized, refined, and automated mass production of photovoltaic modules. The entire equipment is equipped with a precise alignment, automatic bonding, and intelligent calibration system, which completely overhaul the traditional manual production mode and eliminate issues such as alignment deviations, insufficient bonding, and dimensional errors arising from manual operations.
In core processes including photovoltaic panel lamination, bonding, and encapsulation, our fully automated, highly intelligent equipment achieves high-precision seamless bonding, ensuring tight, flat, and uniform adhesion among photovoltaic glass, cells, and backsheet layers. It effectively resolves defects like voids, misalignment, and warping, significantly enhancing the overall flatness and structural stability of the modules.
Full-process automated intelligent control system replaces extensive manual interventions, fundamentally reducing production risks such as human error, process omission, and misalignment, which effectively lowers product defect and rework rates. Furthermore, we implement full inspection at every stage of the production line, ensuring consistent process quality and standardized specifications for every solar panel while significantly improving production precision and efficiency. It yields photovoltaic modules with high sealing performance, stability, and durability, comprehensively boosting the power generation efficiency and service life of the solar panels.
