New Technology of Solar Panels from Dohe

DOHE News 2019.06.26

As a pioneer in N-type solar technology in China, Dohe Technology has launched a series of DH Pro series modules with mass production efficiencies reaching up to 24.8%. Leveraging four core technologies, including multi-segment low-current design, the new PV series achieve nine performance leaps: 75% reduction in internal module losses;  front-side power of mass-produced modules reaching up to 720W; front-side module’s efficiency hitting 24.8%; temperature coefficient lowered to -0.259%/℃, delivering outstanding power generation performance in high-temperature environments; module bifaciality exceeding 85%; module output power increased by over 20% under partial shading conditions; over 40℃ drop in maximum hot spot temperature; enhanced low-light power generation, with an approximate 1.7% rise in average annual power generation; and a linear degradation rate as low as 0.35% or below, enabling higher power generation throughout the product's lifecycle. Such high efficiency and reliability render our solar panels applicable to all scenarios.

Our dust-resistant modules adopt a proprietary micro-A-side design, striking a balance between dust accumulation prevention and load-bearing capacity. Ideal not only for distributed systems but also for diverse windy and sandy regions, their optimized surface coating reduces dust adhesion and enables excellent dynamic self-cleaning. Through the dual solution of structural dust reduction + surface self-cleaning, Dohe PV modules achieve highly efficient dust prevention, boosting system power generation by 5%-7% and reducing LCOE by 2.6%.

The anti-glare modules reduce reflected brightness by over 78% and reflectivity by over 65%, with reflectivity controlled below 2.5% from 0° to 80°, placing Dohe at an industry-leading level. The surface anti-reflective film improves glass transmittance, achieving both anti-glare and high-efficiency power generation, making them suitable for photovoltaic-integrated applications in transportation and building scenarios such as airports and highways.

The flexible solar panel series is an upgraded product tailored for limited and irregular installation places, such as wall, balconies, car roofs, Ship decks or temporary construction sites. Through non-destructive cutting and optimized frame structure, the modules exhibit superior resistance to vibration fatigue. Combined with excellent bifacial characteristics, our flexible solar panels can utilize the limited space to generate 15% extra electricity.
